Study Assistance Policy Platinum believes in empowering its employees through continuous training and development, and supports this by means of a Study Assistance Policy. All staff who have been employed for at least 6 months at the company may apply for any amount, subject to certain conditions. The Study Assistance Policy will cover the full fee of the course or training programme as provided by the learning institution’s curriculum and fee structure. Upon completion of the course or training programme, the employee is required to conduct a “work back period” of 1 full calendar year (1 January - 31 December). Key Role Players
